Position Objective
Machine operator position requires operating machinery used in the production process, and assisting machine operators. Employee will set up and operate various production machines following specific manufacturing instructions and guidelines. Will perform minor adjustments of production machines as needed and be able to troubleshoot equipment and process issues.

The Machine Operator is responsible for maintaining work flow by effectively operating and maintaining the machines used in the production process.
Working Conditions:
Works in a production setting. May be required to stand, sit, and/or walk for entire shift. Lifting up to 40 lbs. may be required. The noise level in the production work environment can be moderate to severe. Will be required to wear hearing, foot, and/or other personal protective equipment while performing duties in a manufacturing setting. Must be flexible to work varying schedules and hours as needed. Reporting Relationships:
This position reports directly to team lead and then to the Production Supervisor
